To find the Ancient Sword in Divinity Original Sin 2, go near the Fort Joy area (the beginner area), there should be a child. This is the same child you meet at the very start. If you head up the Southern stairs you'll see a bunch of rocks. You will need the teleportation spelland then teleport someone else over on the other side. Explore up the hill and you find a skeleton with the Ancient Sword near it.

You can find the Spear of Braccus Rex in a cave southwest of Fort Joy. It will be located near "Buddy the Dog". In the cave near it there will be playing hide and seek. Talk to them, play their game, and if you are able to find the kid twice, he will show you a hidden hatch. If you climb down this hatch, you'll find the Spear of Braccus Rex.
